50% Semillon, 25% Sauvignon Grey & 25% Sauvignon blanc

Conditions to be produced: Minimum of 17° natural sugar
(can reach 25° on very good years)
Specifications: Candied fruit aromas, sweet liquor-like wine
Soils: Clay, chalky clay soils
Food pairing: Foie gras, duck liver paté, aperitif, sweet dish, dessert
